The CAI is the recognised body for the aerial and satellite industry. The CAI is committed to raising Standards within the industry and whilst the criteria for membership is extremely high, the consumer is assured of a quality installation at a fair price.
One of the many membership requirements is that any installing member company will agree to the examination and test of any equipment manufactured or supplied, the inspection of any installation or investigation into conduct which could have a detrimental effect on the reputation of the CAI or its Members.
The CAI Double Guarantee
By using the services of a CAI Member your new installation will be guaranteed.
This means that:
- Your installation is guaranteed by our Member. In addition, we guarantee all single household installations for the first year*. In the unlikely event that our Member does not honour their guarantee during the first 12 months, contact us and we will!
- All CAI members have full insurance cover for any accidental damage to your property.
- If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your installation, contact our Member in the first instance. If you are still not satisfied then please contact the CAI for detail of our official complaints procedure.
- Our guarantee covers the first £500 of any one claim relating to defective workmanship, materials or installation, but does not covers any consequential damage or loss caused to persons or property.
